Module Build has its own manufacturing facility in Shanghai, where more than 1,000 modules are manufactured annually. With a presence in every corner of the world, we can quickly and efficiently ship modules to the required location with little disruption being caused.

Health, Safety, Customer Service and Product Quality are among the key priorities of Module Build. We liaise with our clients at every stage of the construction process – from the initial design discussions to the final deployment on site.

Module Build use standard 20ft and 32ft Modules for the majority of projects, however previous projects have seen us manufacture bespoke sizes and designs for our clients in order to best meet exact specifications.

We also ensure that our modular buildings comply with the same building regulations as traditional building methods, which allows us to guarantee a safe product is always delivered, without compromising its comfort.

A standard Module Build design can look like this. Our modular offering is flexible and dynamic, meaning we are not limited to this standard layout. Specific layout designs and modifications can be discussed and agreed with the client at the early design stage.

Our Modular buildings are delivered completely finished from the carpets, chairs and curtains to the required restaurant and dining facilities ensuring that the rooms are ready for immediate use following a light freshen up.
