Each project is perfectly managed and engineered to maximise the level of project completion that is performed off-site. 80%-90% of the works can be completed in the controlled factory establishment, eradicating the requirement for major on-site operations.

The high specification modular system produced by Module Build are delivered pre-fitted with all pipes, cables, ventilation and lights, which are all fully tested in the factory prior to shipment.

The flexibility of our offerings allows our clients to think outside of the box during the design stage and having our own manufacturing facility means we can account for any bespoke requirement.

Module Build has the capability to add various facilities to any modular building. Previous designs have met requirements for conference rooms, internet rooms, games rooms, cinema/entertainment rooms, libraries and gymnasiums.

Fulfillment

The modular construction performed by Module Build brings quicker turnaround times from concept to completion. Construction time is increased by up to 50% when compared with traditional building methods. A 400 room, 30 storey tall hotel can be completed and erected on site in 1 year.

Features

Safety features are an important factor incorporated in a Module Build module. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) are all pre-installed, as well as all lighting, furniture and internal and external decor.
