The materials that we use for our modular constructions are strong and durable, so a long-standing product can be created. Additionally, with the manufacturing being carried out in a controlled factory environment, the risk of harsh weather conditions affecting the overall quality is completely eradicated.

Strict quality control examinations are carried out at every phase of production, guaranteeing our customers that only perfect products leave our factory. With the manufacturing occurring ‘in-house’, the need for on-site labour is significantly reduced – only supervision for the positioning and placement of the modules is required.

A modular construction proves to be far more manoeuvrable than a traditionally built equivalent. The modules are lifted and placed by a crane, so they can be easily moved and reconfigured in a new location if required. Modular construction can also easily account for extensions. The manufacturing of additional modules would take place in the same factory environment prior to being shipped to the location and lifted in to place, causing minimal disruption to the existing complex and its everyday running.

Modules are designed to be eco-friendly, and with the capability to easily add solar panels to the exterior, a professional modern finished product can be produced.
